PURPOSE:To obtain a method of coupling between failure feed high efficiency cathode ray tube and lens by previously bonding a plastic sheet to the face of cathode ray tube and lens surface, assembling the cathode ray tube and lens to the specified position and thereby pouring transparent liquid after pressure bonding of the periphery. CONSTITUTION:An individual plastic sheet 9 is previously attached to the face of cathode ray tube 1 and a first lens 3 of lens group 2 with a bonding agent or adhesive agent and these are arranged opposingly at the specified position for assembling. Thereafter, a liquid pouring bag 4 is formed by pressurized, contact or melted bonding at the periphery 10 of the plastic sheet 9, a transparent liquid is poured from the pouring port 5. Thereby, the cathode ray tube 1 and the first lens 3 are coupled with the transparent liquid. After the transparent liquid is poured, the pouring port 5 is closed. Thereby, high performance cathode ray tube and lens coupling ensuring high working efficiency can be realized. |
