PURPOSE:To eliminate a fear of malfunction to improve the reliability, by flowing an operating current only when an actuator is not operated actually by photocoupler connection or cutting off the operating current only when the actuator does not reach the actual operation. CONSTITUTION:A signal by which an actuator 3 is not stopped actually is applied to an LED22 by a testing circuit 33 to light it for a short time. At this time, an LED21 is lit also, and a current detecting circuit 31 detects it to turn off a triac 32a, and therefore, the health of the circuit of the actuator 3 is tested without stopping actually the actuator 3. A test signal by which the actuator 3 is not operated actually is applied to the LED22 by the circuit 33 to light it for a short time. At this time, the LED21 is extinguished, and the circuit 31 detects it to turn on th triac 32a. Since the triac 32a is turned on in accordance with the signal of the circuit 31 in this manner, it is detected that the actuator 3 has no disconnection or the like. |
