A key ring, bottle opener and can opener consists of two mutually separable parts which are rotatably connected. The design makes it possible to open virtually all existing types of bottles and preserving cans. Use of the beer bottle opener 3 does not require the separation of the parts. However, the parts of the key ring must be separated if the corkscrew 11 or can opener (4, 17, 18) are used. In this case a transverse lever part is introduced into the hole of the beer bottle opener 3 and used as a wrench. The can opener is also to be swung open, so that it does not interfere when the corkscrew is driven into the cork. When the can opener is used, the transverse lever part is introduced into the hole of the beer bottle opener only until it abuts against the limiting stop 23. This produces the longest possible lever, which proves necessary when opening cans. For assembly, the spring 15 of the retaining piece/slip hook (14, 15, 16) is simply pressed into the semi-annular groove 20 on the transverse lever part. The snap link 10 enables the device to be hung on the trouser loop. The bunch of keys is attached to the loop 1 for the bunch of keys. <IMAGE>
