PURPOSE:In a knob fixing structure for printer, to facilitate mounting of knob and to prevent breakdown by making the shaft end non-circular while making the bearing hole at the knob side similar with the shaft end section and forming a resilient projection integrally at the inside. CONSTITUTION:A bevel 11 is formed at the end of a knob fixing shaft 10 to provide D-shaped cross-section. The shaft fixing hole 13 of knob 12 is also formed into D-shaped cross-section while a gap 14 is formed at the hole 13 side thus to form a resilient projection 15 in the hole 13. With such structure, the knob 12 can be mounted on the shaft 10 simply through insertion to never break the projection 15. |
