<p>PURPOSE:To perform the mode switching of a tape recorder with a weather-touch operation and to attain the miniaturization and cost reduction of a mode switch device, by providing an electromagnet which ejects a cassette tape after turning off an ejection switch operation or a power supply switch to cut off the energization and another electromagnet which controls the forward/backward movement of a head plate. CONSTITUTION:When a cassette tape is loaded at a prescribed position, a head plate control electromagnet SL1 is energized to move forward the head plate up to the record/reproduction position. At the same time, a constant revolution circuit of a prime motor is formed. Thus the tape is carried at a constant speed in its going direction to start immediately the record/reproduction operation of the going direction. When a quick traverse operation switch SW2 is operated, an electromagnet SL1 is demagnetized to move the head plate backward. At the same time, a revolving speed changeover switch of the prime motor works in response to the backward movement of the head plate. Then the prime motor has high-speed revolutions. With operation of a fast rewind operation switch SW3, the magnet SL1 is demagnetized to move the head plate backward. In response to this backward movement of the head plate, the motor is switched to a high-speed revolution circuit.</p> |
