<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a humidity sensitive resistance body excellent in operational stability by preventing the elution of an electrolyte, by a method wherein a specific high-molecular resin film containing an electrolyte is formed on the detection electrode on an insulating substrate and a specific high-molecular resin film is further formed on said film. CONSTITUTION:A first resin film 5 containing a polyvinyl alcohol type polymer such as polyvinyl acetate or a saponified polymer of a vinyl acetate copolymer, a cellulose derivative such as methyl cellulose or hydroxyethyl cellulose and an inorg. or org electrolyte imparting ion conductivity by moisture adsorption is formed on an insulating substrate 1 so as to cover the substrate 1 and the detection electrodes 2, 3 formed on said substrate 1. In the next step, a second high- molecular film 6 containing at least one of a polyalkylalcohol type polymer and a cellulose derivative is laminated onto the film 5 to form a laminated humidity sensitive film 4 constituted so that the electrolyte in the film 5 is not eluted by adsorbed moisture or the film 5 is not swollen. By this method, operational characteristics are stabilized.</p> |
