PURPOSE:To make the using frequency of a disk recording medium over the entire region of the disk uniform by performing the recording every second section area from one side to the other side of the disk recording medium and then to the rest section areas from the other side to one side respectively. CONSTITUTION:The record region of a disk recording medium 101 is divided equally into ten sections, for example, in the radius direction. A range 104 of a section area has the record capacity to rerd the contents of a sheet of original. For instance, if three sheets of original are recorded, a head 105 moves to the section area 1 from its home position 103 to record the 1st sheet. Thereafter the 2nd and the 3rd sheets are recorded to section areas 3 and 5 respectively. Thus the recording is over. When the 4th sheet record is desired, the head 105 moves to the head part of the section area 7 to record the 1st sheet. Then the 2nd sheet is recorded to the section area 9. Thus the outer-inner recording is through, and then the inner-outer recording is carried out. In this case, the recording is carried out to even-order section areas from the inside to the outside contrarily to the odd-order section areas. |
