PURPOSE:To constitute the titled apparatus so as to enable measurement even by an unskilled person and to make the same simple and portable, by imparting vibration with continuously charged frequency to an object to be inspected by a vibrator while measuring the resonance point in the inherent vibration number by a vibration sensor. CONSTITUTION:The AC current generated by an oscillator circuit 5 is sent to an oscillator 2 bonded to an object 1 to be inspected under pressure. In this case, frequency is controlled by a control circuit so that it is continuously increased from min. frequency and reaches max. frequency for a predetermined sec and the frequency change is set to one cycle. The vibration detected by the oscillator 3 bonded to the object 1 to be inspected under pressure is electrically sent to a resonance frequency detection circuit 7 and the frequency at a time when said vibration becomes max. is instantaneously receives from the oscillator circuit 5 to be stored in a memory circuit 8. In the next step, after the oscillation cycle is completed, the max. frequency is displayed by a display window 11 or printed by a printer 10. |
