PURPOSE:To reduce noise caused by the engagement of gears at their operation by laminating plural gear element plates and allowing their slight movements in the peripheral direction. CONSTITUTION:Slight rotary shift of each gear element plate 2 is permitted in the gear turning direction, so that the each gear element plate 2 makes rotary shift following a gear being an engaging compartment, thus allowing phase displacement among the respective gear element plate 2 to be corrected without providing a large backlash, and noise caused by the engagements of the gears to be reduced. Further, since the mass of the each gear element plate 2 is small, the noise is only slightly generated. And, the noise is rapidly damped because of the friction produced between the adjacent surfaces of the adjoining gear element plates 2, so that the sound volume propagated to the outside is reduced. |
