PURPOSE:To perform certifying print for not only the total amount of money of sales for every transaction but also optional data, by providing a flag memory where flag data indicating certifying print is stored preliminarily for every classification. CONSTITUTION:Total memories 6 and 7 are constituted with RAMs respectively, and sales total data is stored for every transaction in the memory 6, and the memory 7 is divided to a departmental memory M, a certifying memory B, and a sequential number memory N in the row direction. The memory M is provided with the area, where flag data (f) indicating certifying print is stored preliminarily for every department, and the area where character data (c), a departmental sales total number (i), and a departmental total amount of money of sales (t) are stored. The certifying memory B is provided with the area where flag data (b), character data (c), and the total amount of money (t) of certifying print are stored. A sequential number (d) of certifying print is stored in the sequential number memory N. |
