PURPOSE:To obtain a cassette tape recorder device of simple constitution which can be miniaturized with high operability by providing a cam part which switches the tape traveling between forward and reverse directions and a frequency limiting member which limits the reverse action to a one-way action in response to a sound record operator. CONSTITUTION:In a reverse traveling mode of a traveling system, both record and reproduction operators 22 and 23 are operated for sound recording. Then a sound record slider 44 is first slid toward an arrow C, and a gear 84 meshes with a gear 50 of a right capstan 27 to have a half revolution. Thus a traveling system is driven forward. While a hooking part 785 of a frequency limit slider 78 is pressed to have the counterclockwise revolution. When a tape reaches its end, a detection lever is turned to actuate the slider 78. Then a sound record mode is automatically discontinued. |
