摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent pressurized gas in a gas chamber within an air-spring from leaking, and as well to prevent the outer peripheral surface of a partition membrane which forms the gas chamber, from wearing, by coating a fluororesin film to a partition membrane at least at the outer peripheral surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:An air spring A has a casing 23 secured to the rear end of a piston rod 19, and a partition membrane 27 is attached between the casing 23 and a cylinder cap 18. This partition membrane 27 is formed such that a fluororesin film 27b made of, for example, polytetrafluoroethylene, is coated on the outer peripheral surface of a rubber membrane 27a. Since this fluororesin film 27b has low gas-permeability, high wear-resistance and has a small friction coefficient, there is less leakage, the outer peripheral surface of the partition membrane 27 may be prevented from wearing, and moreover the slide of the outer peripheral surface of the partition membrane 27 is improved.
