The invention relates to new 14-aminosteroid derivatives represented by the general formula: in which R represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and R1 represents a sugar residue, as well as their salts with acids. Use in therapy, in particular for the treatment of heart failure.
