PURPOSE:To detect and display the time of trigger, by providing an area, where a trigger bit is stored, in a memory where data is stored and recording the trigger bit there. CONSTITUTION:A clock is inputted from a terminal A and is applied to T terminals of FFs 2 and 3, and a trigger signal is inputted from an electronic circuit to a terminal B and is applied to an AND circuit 1. FFs 2 and 3 are set, and an AND circuit 4 sends a pulse to a memory. The memory 5 is provided with the area where this pulse is recorded, and the pulse is recorded in the address indicated by an address register 6. Data is inputted from a terminal D and is stored temporarily in a data register 7 and is stored in the memory 5 in accordance with the address indicated by the register 6. The register 6 indicates the address for write to or read from the memory 5 of the pulse of the trigger signal and data. Data read out from the memory 5 is transmitted from a terminal E. |
