PURPOSE:To prevent the overspecification of the mutual conductance of an MOSFET by raising the gate voltage of the MOSFET with an output when the output is raised, thereby obtaining a large output voltage. CONSTITUTION:An MOSFET 13 is driven by transistors 15, 17. A selector 14 selects higher one of an input voltage source 3 and an output voltage. When the voltage source 3 is higher, the gate voltage of the MOSFET 13 is raised to the voltage of the voltage source 3. When the output voltage is higher, the gate voltage of the MOSFET 13 can be raised to the output voltage. The mutual conductance of the MOSFET 13 has thus been equivalently increased. |
