PURPOSE:To strengthen the attracting force with production of less ozone in a simple structure by disposing a plurality of positive and negative strip-shaped electrode plates at the prescribed interval on an insulating plate, and applying a high voltage between the electrode plates. CONSTITUTION:An attracting device is composed of a box 10, a power source and electrode plate unit 14, and a retaining frame 16. Positive and negative electrodes of DC high voltage which are stepped up and rectified by the power source are formed of nonmetallic member such as cardboard which contains black carbon colorant, provided longitudinally on the upper surface of a ceiling plate 20, and applied two negative electrode connection plates 30 provided in parallel with the outside. The unit 14 is placed on the ceiling plate 20, and has positive and negative electrode plates 36, 38 alternately arranged. Electrostatic field is formed on the unit 14 with the plates 36, 38. |
