PURPOSE:To obtain an air conditioner capable of simultaneously air conditioning two chambers and of being disposed in the center of a room by providing air suction ports and air blow-off ports on the front surface and back surface of the main body, and disposing heat exchangers and single suction and multiblade blowers each facing respective suction inlet ports. CONSTITUTION:The main body is partitioned into front and rear chambers by a partition plate 10, and air suction ports 2 and 2' and air blow-off ports 14 and 14' are provided in the front and rear chambers, respectively. Further, heat exchangers 3 and 3' and single-suction, multiblade blowers 7 and 7' are disposed to form air conditioners on the front and rear surfaces. Accordingly, on the rear and rear surfaces, air-conditined air is discharged as indicated in blank arrows. Hence, two rooms can be air-conditioned simultaneously. Further, if the air conditioner is disposed in the center of the room, the entire part can be uniformly air-conditioned, and hence comfortableness can be improved. |
