The invention concerns a securing device for roofs, especially for flat roofs, with a heat-insulating layer 1 borne by a support structure, and a sealing layer 2, 6 lying over the heat-insulating layer 1. The securing device consists of a holder member with a head 5 and a shaft 4, and a screw 3 or spike which is screwed or driven, respectively, into the support structure by way of the holder member.
