PURPOSE:To enable the optimum energy saving operation of the titled device in response to the variation of wheather and indoor conditions by effecting a switching control of a flowpath switching valve using the temperature of a heat medium detected after a lapse of a predetermined period of time from the time of starting the operation of a cooling and heating source apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The temperatures at a suction heat medium flowpath 4 from the inside of a room 5, a suction heat medium 6 of the cooling and heating source apparatus 1, and a heat medium flowpath 7 of a heat accumulating part 3, are supplied to a temperature detecting and operating parts (not shown). On the other hand, the operational signal of the cooling and heating apparatus 1 is sent to an operation circuit by delaying a set time through a signal delaying circuit (not shown), As a result, the operation circuit carries out a necessary mode selection to produce a control signal to control the switching of switching valves 11-14. By this construction, the optimum energy-saving mode can be selected suitably for weather and indoor conditions without being affected by starting or stopping of the cooling and heating source apparatus. |
