PURPOSE:To sort print-bags accurately and quietly in a small space by holding a print-bag after piercing it with the projection pin of a work hanger of a conveyor chain and by dropping the bag by operating a pin seat at the designated sorting location. CONSTITUTION:A print-bag 8 is pierced by an acicular projection pin 12 of a work hanger 5 installed on a conveyor chain 6 and held pendent vertically. When the bag 8 is conveyed by means of a chain 6 to the designated sorting location in the processing division, an electric signal from a computer is given to a rotary solenoid 10, and a roller 15 at the tip of a shift lever rotates in the direction shown by arrow mark A. Then a roller 16 is moved toward the bag 8 so that a pin seat 13 installed at the root part of a pin 12 behind the bag 8 is operated. As a result, the bag 8 is pushed forward to be released from the pin 12 and is collected into a sorting box. |
