PURPOSE:To confirm the correct use frequency of corresponding parts all the time by storing and displaying the use frequency of respective parts of a copying machine on every copying operation and resetting them by switch operation after replacement. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 140 is set at a copy mode position, a user normally operates a panel to take copies and a count pulse from a total counter 3 is inputted to a microcomputer 21 every time one copy is taken, so the use frequencies of respective parts in a nonvolatile memory 22 are counted. A service man operates the panel 10 when inspecting respective parts. Then, the switch 140 is changed over to a maintenance mode position to turn on a pilot lamp 160 and respective key switches 100-113 are turned on successively with a key switch 130 on; and code numbers of parts are displayed on a display device 151 and the frequencies are displayed on a display device 152, replacing necessary parts. At this time, respective parts switches are pressed with a switch 120 on to display the data on the display devices 151 and 152, and resetting operation is performed with a switch 170. |
