PURPOSE:To prevent a driving circuit from being erroneously operated by detecting that a power source voltage drops to a predetermined value to set the driving circuit to a non-driving state. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage value arrives at V3 as a power source voltage VCC rises, it is detected by a voltage divider 6, a resetting transistor Q3 in turned ON, a driving transistor Q1 is turned OFF to set a driving circuit 3 to non-driving state. When a voltage value arrives at V4, it is detected by a voltage divider 7, a transistor Q4 is turned ON, the transistor Q1 is turned ON, and the circuit 3 becomes driving state. When the voltage VCC is reduced to 1/4, the transistor Q4 is turned OFF, and the circuit 3 is set to non-driving state. |
