PURPOSE:To readily and inexpensively provide a molded coil type stator in a simple structure by providing passage for molding resin along the laminating direction of a stator core. CONSTITUTION:Suitably pressing force is applied to molds 4, 11 to clamp the molds, and heated and pressurized thermosetting resin is press-fitted into a sprue 9. The press-fitted resin is flowed radially from the sprue 9 through a runner 10 and a gate 18 into a space 5 formed by top force 4. When the resin is charged into the space 5, the resin is also flowed and charged into the space 12 formed in a bottom force 11 through a hole 21. Thereafter, after the charged resin is cured, both forces 4, 11 are opened, and a stator 1 is removed from the force 11. |
