CONSTITUTION:A driving IC24 soldered to a driving circuit P plate 22 is fixed to the bottom surface of a fixed side cylinder 20 via a screw hole 29. Thus the heat conductivity is improved. The supply of power and the transfer of signal to the driving circuit are carried out via a connector 26. Other parts 28 are provided. The plate 22 has a notch into which a driving IC24 is put, and a heat dissipating part of the IC24 is in direct contact with the cylinder 20. Furthermore silicon, etc. is coated to transmit the heat generated from the IC24 to the cylinder 20 with high conductivity.
