PURPOSE:To prevent assuredly the shift of a magnetic bubble to its adjacent minor loops and to improve the reliability of a magnetic bubble memory element, by cutting each short bar pattern extending between minor loops approximately at its center part to form a magnetic bubble memory element. CONSTITUTION:Short bars 11 extending between minor loops 2a and 2b which are adjacent to each other are cut approximately at its center part of its pattern by about 1mum width and are divided into short bars 11a at the sides of loops 2a and short bars 11b at the side of loops 2b. Therefore, when magnetic bubbles B are transferred with an impressed rotating magnetic field absorbing balls and repulsing balls which absorb and repulse magnetic bubbles B respectively are formed at the counter part of tips between divided bars 11a and 11b. Thus it is possible to prevent a shift of the bubbles B to the adjacent loop 2a with no deterioration of the transfer margin. |
