PURPOSE:To vary the supporting rigidity of a vibration preventive rubber unit by providing a drive unit for moving the rubber unit to an internal-combustion engine and an automotive body, thereby varying the mounting position. CONSTITUTION:A vibration preventive rubber unit 5 can be laterally moved to the right and left under the guidance of guide rail members 11, 12. Accordingly, when the supporting rigidity of an internal-combustion engine 1 should be reduced to remedy the vibration in the idling time, the rubber unit 5 is moved to the position near the engine 1 by a hydraulic cylinder unit 17 to reduce the supporting rigidity of the engine 1 via a suspension device 4. On the other hand, when required to enhance the supporting rigidity of the engine 1 due to the remedy against a scooping phenomenon, a shaking phenomenon and winding-up phenomenon, the rubber unit 5 is separated from the engine 1 by the cylinder unit 17, thereby increasing the supporting rigidity of the engine 1 via the suspension device 4. |
