PURPOSE:To inspect the variation of a disease condition from the variation of the following peak with a trace quantity of a smaple by using liquid chromatography, by separating and detecting simply the peak related to the progress of the disease condition and determining quantitatively this peak. CONSTITUTION:An aq. solution of acetonitrile/organic acid salt is used as a moving phase for this analyzing method and a volume range is preferable within a range of 5/95-15/85. Formic acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, citric acid, etc. are used for the organic acid and Na, K, Mg, etc. are used for the salt and 0.1- 0.5wt% concentration of the aq. solution of the organic acid salt is preferable. Further, a packing agent on the market is packed in a stainless column by a conventional method and the column is set in a high speed chromatograph provided with an ultraviolet detector and said moving phase is flowed into the column. In this way, abnormal peaks 1, 2, 3 which is not detected in the case of a normal person of figure (b) are clearly recognized in the case of a patient of figure (a) by analyzing by using blood serum of the normal person and that of the patient concurred brain fever by liver cirrhosis as a sample to be inspected. |
