PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency during operation by combining the arrangement of an operating apparatus with a movable opening and closing member and dividing the operating apparatus and the member according to priority on uses. CONSTITUTION:The first panel section 1 as an inner surface is fixed onto a dash-board 2, and a movable panel section 3 is set up through a supporting member 4 projecting from the dash-board 2. The movable panel section 3 is provided with a second panel section 3a as an inner surface and an outer-surface panel section 3b, and an indicator 20 for a target control temperature, operating apparatus 21, 22 for changing the temperature, an operating apparatus 23 for selecting automatic operation, a select operating apparatus 24 for a defroster blow-off mode and an operating apparatus 25 for stopping the air conditioner are arranged to the outer-surface panel section 3b.
