PURPOSE:To correct variance when the same temperature is measured by averaging output voltages of plural infrared detecting elements when a scan on a surface with a flat heat pattern is performed, and adding a voltage so that the mean values of respective elements are equal. CONSTITUTION:The surface 22 with the flat heat pattern is attached to the fitting part 24 with a reference heat source 21, and light is condensed to a point (a) by a condenser 18. Infrared rays from an object of temperature measurement are reflected by a scanning mirror 15, condensed to the point (a) by a condenser lens 16, and further condensed to an infrared detecting element 23 by a condenser lens 17. A motor 19 moves a mirror 20 to the point (a) in nearly the 1st time when the scanning mirror 15 moves by one cycle and infrared rays from the reference heat source 21 and surface 22 with the flat heat pattern are condensed to the element 23. Plural elements 23 are installed to shorten the scanning time, and corrections are made so that the mean value of the infrared- ray detection output on the proper surface 22 is equal among the respective elements, eliminating variance in output voltage when the same temperature is measured. |
