PURPOSE:To enable to close a bottom valve in emergency by the operation of an emergency lever side by integrating a slide member via a lock pin with a stationary short tube. CONSTITUTION:When a fire occurs during the exhausting of liquid, an emergency lever 26 is pressed. Then, a lock pin 23 is released through a rod 27 and a bellcrank 25, and a slide member 19 which has been secured to a stationary short tube 20 so far is moved integrally with a rod 14 by the force of a spring 17. When the rod 14 is moved, it is transmitted to a push-pull wire 11, an outer arm 12, a shaft 9, an inner arm 10 and a valve shaft 7, and a valve body 8 is closed. Thus, a fire can be stopped to the minimum limit. |
