PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness of operation by forming a projection capable of being contacted with a body at an input member. CONSTITUTION:Since a valve member 33 is seated on both valve seats 31, 32 at nonoperation time, the member 33 and the valve seat 31 are separated immediately in response to the leftward movement of an input member 21 to introduce atmospheric air. Accordingly, no reactive stroke exists. Since the valve seat 32 and the valve member 33 are separated by the operation of a valve spring 30 when returning from the operation state to the nonoperation state even if the valve seat 31 and the valve member 33 are seated, no differential pressure is generated to move a movable unit 14 to both pressure chambers 15, 16. Since a stopper member 75 is engaged with the input member 21 and a threaded part 74 is formed relatively long in length, the position of a stopper member 75 can be readily controlled, and can be accurately adjusted without influence of the error of the components. |
