PURPOSE:To provide a rolling mill with three rolls which permits quick working of a desired bar material by changing the angle of rolling rolls at which the rolls contact with the working material on the right and left and moving horizontally back and forth the working material without rotating the same and rolling the material. CONSTITUTION:The top end of a working material 25 inserted through a conduit hole 14c provided to a gear 14 is positioned to verge on rolling rolls 5-. A worm gear 7 is rotated to turn the shafts 5a- of the rolls 5- together with roll bearings 4 respectively like, for example, in the following way: The shafts 5a, 5a, 5a are inclined to intersect with each other around the material 25 as shown in the figure and the rolling diameter formed by the projecting peripheral edges of the rolls 5- is adjusted to a desired size. A gear 20 is then rotated in an arrow A direction and the material 25 is horizontally moved in a left or right direction according to the inclining directions of the rolls 5- to roll without rotating the material whereby the material 25 is rolled to the required rolling diameter. |
