摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high gain output by using the 1st and the 2nd Josephson junctions and two resistors to form a bridge, leading a connecting point between the 1st Josephson junction and the resistors to an input terminal and inserting the 3rd Josephson junction between the input terminal and ground. CONSTITUTION:A current source Ig is connected to a terminal 3, the Josephson junction J1 and a resistor R1 are connected in series between the terminal 3 and ground and a resistor R2 and the Josephson junction J2 are inserted in series. Then, the resistors R1, R2 and the Josephson junctions J1, J0 for a bridge circuit. Further, a connecting point 2 between the junction J1 and the resistor R1 is connected to the input terminal 1 via a resistor R0, and a Josephson junction J0 is connected between the input terminal 1 and ground. Further, a load resistor RL is inserted between a connecting point 4 between the resistor R2 and the junction J2 and ground. In taking R0=R1=R2 and maximum superconduction tunnels of the junctions J0, J1, J2 as Im0=Im2=1/2.Im0, then the Josephson logical circuit having a high gain and completely separated input and output is constituted.
