INPUT METHOD OF CHARACTER

CONSTITUTION:Data inputted from a coordinate reader such as a tablet are converted into coordinate data by a data reading part 5. A sampling part 6 removes noise from the input data and samples the data to form data 12. A character cutting-down part 7 cuts down the stroke and registers the stroke in a stroke buffer part 9. If the stroke is run out from the regulated character frame 10, the character frame is expanded to a character frame 13 and the stroke is registered in the stroke buffer part 9. When the starting point of a stroke is positioned at another character frame, it is regarded that the writing of one character is completed and a normalizing part 8 normalizes the size of the character and makes the centroid of the character coincide with the center of the character frame to obtain a normalized data 14.
