PURPOSE:To enable focusing while performing zooming by providing an operating means for zoom operation to a focusing ring. CONSTITUTION:While an operating switch 3 is in a neutral position, the 1st contact piece 10 and the 2nd contact piece 11 do not contact with a contact point 18 and a contact point 19 which are formed of a conductive material and are provided at the front ends of a switch 5 on a wide side and a switch 6 on a telephoto side and therefore a DC motor 14 does not operate. If the wide operating surface 3a of the switch 3 is pushed, the contact point 18 of the switch 5 conducts with the piece 1 and a zooming operation can be made even if the ring 4 is turned in any way. The 1st DC motor switch 20 and the 2nd DC motor switch 21 are changed over to contact points C1 and C2 sides, thus changing over the rotating direction on the motor 14 side in this stage is completed. The switches are similarly changed over to the contact point d1, d2 sides in the telephoto operation as well and therefore the motor 14 is run forward and backward in accordance with the telephoto operation and wide operation. |
