PURPOSE:To extend the utilizing range by providing a time axis shift correcting circuit, an electric synthesis circuit and a selecting means so as to attain the image pickup suitable for superimposition or overlapping. CONSTITUTION:A charge in response to the light intensity pattern of an object image is stored under each element 6 by a pickup pulse from a terminal t1 in the object image projected onto an image pickup section 7 of a solid-state image pickup body 2. This charge is transferred once to a storage section 8 by a transfer pulse from a terminal t2, transferred to a horizontal output register section 9 at each horizontal line by a vertical scanning pulse from a terminal t3, extracted as an electric signal from an output terminal t0 of the register section 9 by a horizontal scanning pulse from a terminal t4 and led to a correcting circuit 18 as the 1st video signal. On the other hand, an external signal from a terminal 16 is led to a correcting circuit 18 as the 2nd video signal, the time axis correction is attained for both video signals and synthesized by a synthesis circuit 19. The synthesized video signal is extracted externally by a selecting means 20. |
