PURPOSE:To simplify the titled device having no coupling capacitor by devising the circuit to decrease the number of diodes to be used. CONSTITUTION:Input side diodes 3a, 3b are connected respectively in different polarity between an input terminal 1 and the 1st, the 2nd circuit networks 5, 7. Further, output side diodes 3c, 3d are connected respectively different in polarity between the output of the circuit networks 5, 7 and an output terminal 2. A choke coil 4 flowing a DC current through the diodes 3a-3d is connected respectively between input/output terminals 1, 2 and ground, and input/output of the circuit networks 5, 7 and a control voltage terminal 6. Thus, the number of diodes to be used is decreased and the circuit is simplified by forming the circuit in this way. |
