The gun has, on the one hand, an applicator barrel 7 comprising a terminal nozzle 28, a melting chamber, an electrical heating resistance element and a tubular stick-guiding sleeve with a free-access mouth 9 and, on the other hand, an operating handle 8 integral with the barrel. According to the invention, it furthermore comprises a movable element 13 carried by the handle 8 and capable of being manually actuated when the hand grips the said handle, in relation to which the element is guided so that its pushing part 15, located facing the aforementioned mouth 9, describes a path which is substantially coincident with the axis of the stick projecting from the sleeve. <IMAGE>
