They are characterised in that they provide an assembly of means capable of preventing the accidental driving of the said top into the inside of the tank, particularly in an inclined position capable of damaging the skirt 4, despite the top's own weight, the weight of the body which it can receive accidentally (like water), the weight of the skirt or membrane 4 and the weight of the ballast.
