PURPOSE:To make easier the raising operation of a flexible film dam after being fallen down by a method in which a lever with a weight is set to the rotary shaft of a discharge butterfly valve, one end of the lever is connected to a bucket connected with the upstream side of the flexible film dam, and the other end of the lever is connected to the upside of the operation chamber. CONSTITUTION:A lever 10 with a weight 11 for opening or closing a valve 8 consisting of paired arms 12 and 13 is set to the rotary shaft 9 of a discharge butterfly valve 8. The arm 12 of the lever 10 is connected to a bucket 15 connected to the upstream side of the flexible film dam 1, and the other arm 13 is coupled with a hook 22 provided to the floor 20 of an operation chamber 6. As water in the dam 1 is discharged and the dam 1 is fallen down, the level of water in the upstream side of the dam 1 is gradually lowered and the amount of water in the bucket 15 is also reduced. Since the force to return the lever 10 counterclockwise is gradually weakened, the lever 10 is gradually clockwise turned under the gravity of the weight and the discharge valve 8 is eventually changed to fully opened state. |
