发明名称 CORRECTING METHOD OF MULTI NOZZLE INK JET PRINTING
摘要 PURPOSE:To make high quality recording with even a low quality nozzle possible by making the simple achievement of correction of recording dislocation due to manufacturing errors possible, by a method wherein an ink particle recording position is connected by tilting the line of nozzles to the main scanning direction and on the other hand by arranging deflection electrodes in parallel with the main scanning direction. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of nozzles 6 are inclined to main scanning direction A and on the other hand deflection electrodes B are arranged in parallel with the main scanning direction A. Then, the recording position of ink particle from nozzle 6 is corrected by changing the timing when ink particles are charged in the main scanning direction A and by changing the charged amount in the sub- scanning direction perpendicular to the main scanning direction A. When there is any recording dislocation in sub-scanning direction B, only the charging voltage should be preferably changed. Further, when there is any recording dislocation in main scanning direction A, the correction can be easily carried out by changing the particles used for recording by changing the timing for charging. In this correction method, the recording divergence in sub-scanning direction B can be theoretically removed.
