The subject of the invention are bicycle handlebars whose steering tube is composed of two components which are located on the two sides of the shaft tube and are coupled to one another at their inner ends by means of a gearing. By positively actuating the gearing, the two steering tube components can be tilted in such a way that their external ends are simultaneously swivelled upwards or downwards.
