PURPOSE:To provide a titled construction which prevents the floating phenomenon, etc. of bed bricks, etc. and to extend the life of the vessel by providing a thermal buffer zone constituted of small divided bricks between a reflux pipe tuyere part and a bed brickpart and constituting the outside circumference of the reflux pipe tuyere pipe into a circular shape similarly to the inside circumference. CONSTITUTION:A reflux pipe tuyere part 3 constituting a reflux pipe tuyere 2 in the lining construction of a lower RH vessel 1 is constituted of divided bricks 3' divided by, for example, 24, from the part 3 in such a way that the outside circumference thereof has roughly a circular shape similarly to the inside circumference. A thermal buffer zone 5 constituted by using small divided bricks 5 each having an area smaller than the area occupied by a piece of said brick 4' is provided between the part 3 and a bed brick part 4 consisting of the bricks 4'. The vessel 1 built by the above-mentioned constitution obviates the generation of the floating phenomenon, failure, etc. of the bricks 4' and the part 3 occuring in the strain of thermal stress and the considerable extension in the life of the vessel is made possible. |
