PURPOSE:To feed oil generally in proper quantities during operation and minimize the quantity of mist by providing a timer circuit through which feeding intervals are gradually increased from the start of operation, and a circuit through which constant intervals are repeated after said constant interval is obtained, and supply much amount of oil at the start of operation and gradually reducing the amount so as to transfer the oil supply to the regular condition. CONSTITUTION:Timers TR1, TR2...TRi...TR5 are provided. When a starting button PB1 is pressed, the timer TR1, which determines the rotating time of an oiling motor 5 operates, feeding oil spray to the rolling bearings of the internal grinding wheel shaft 3. After set time for the timer TR1 is over, the timer TR2 operates, stopping the rotation of the motor 5 and stopping the feeding, and the timer TR3 operates. The spray feeding of oil is carried out each time after the set time T1 for the timer TR3 is over, after a specified time T2 which is longer than the timer-TR3 time, is over, and after the time T3 which is longer than the time T2, is over. And, after the specified time T3, a cycle similar to the previous one is carried out, thereby establishing oil supply to the wheel shaft during its normal rotation. |
