PURPOSE:To improve productivity, durability and reliability of the titled heater, by monolithically assembling a switch lever operated in response to the opening and closing of a door, a mounting part where a micro-switch is mounted, and locking parts by which the micro-switch is fitted to the main body of a heater, with synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A micro-switch lever 12 is operated centering a thin part 12b, and moves the actuator 9a of a micro-switch 9 in response to the opening and closing of a door 3. After the actuator 9a is pushed into the switch 9, the projected part 12a of a case is abutted against the switch lever 12 being largely bent as a whole, so that a stroke C in this part becomes an allowance. The micro-switch 9 is fixed by fixtures 7b to a mounting plate 7, and it is also certainly fixed to the mounting plate 7 by projections 7e and 7f against the lateral force. On the other hand, the door 3 is fitted to a heating chamber 1, and a pin 4 is fixed to an edge on the wall of a door 3, so as to be penetrated through an open hole 2a when the door is closed. |
