PURPOSE:To easily and accurately set mask interval by disposing a mask before setting interval through a binder and a reference material and pushing upward the one mask in the direction of tube axis through insertion of interval setting plate between the binder and reference material. CONSTITUTION:A reference material 13 which becomes the reference of mask setting mechanism is provided to a mask frame 12 and it has the plane 14 vertical to the direction of tube axis. The movable part 15 of a binder 18 which becomes the setting mechanism is composed of an insulator 16 and an external mask fixing plate 17 fixed thereto and the side of mask frame fixing part 19 of the binder 18 is fixed to the mask frame 12 so that the surface 20 of the fixing part 19 which is placed in contact with the reference surface 14 is pressed to the reference surface 14 with a certain force. The interval between internal mask 11 and external mask 10 is fixed to zero. When a setting plate 23 for setting the mask interval is inserted between the reference surface 14 and the surface 30 of binder in such a condition, the mask interval 24 becomes equal to the thickness of interval setting plate 23, reference of mask interval can be set easily and accuracy of mask interval can be much improved. |
