PURPOSE:To obtain a material for immunoanalysis which prevents a specific adsorptive reaction, has extremely high sensitivity and to operate simply by depositing an immune-inactive material for a particle binding body. CONSTITUTION:A material for immunoanalysis is obtd. by dissolving an natibody in a buffer soln., suspending a particle unit therein to sensitize the antibody, then subjecting the soln. to a centrifugal sepn., suspending under stirring the antibody in a buffer soln. having an adequate concn. of an immune-inactive material which does not contribute to an immunochemical reaction, removing the unadsored immune-inactive material by a centrifugal sepn., drawing a specified amt. thereof and forming the same into a solid shape. The immune-inactive material is exemplified by immunogenically inactive protein, i.e., serum albumin (for example, cattle's serum albumin, etc.), egg albumin, lactoalbumin, the normal serum albumin of a vertebrate animal, etc. |
