The invention relates to a pneumatic central-locking system for the doors, flaps or the like of a motor vehicle, in which the pneumatic energy for the locking operations is generated briefly, and as required, by means of an elecromotively drivable air pump. So that even further consumers can be supplied with pneumatic energy by means of this air pump, but on the other hand to avoid thereby impairing the functioning of the central-locking system, the further consumers can be connected fluidically, via an electromagnetic actuable change-over valve, to the air pump which is fed primarily from a pressure reservoir filled up as required. Electrically, a separate branch in the current supply for the pump drive motor is respectively provided for each part of the system, namely the central-locking system, on the one hand, and the further consumers, on the other hand. When the main branch for the central-locking system is live, this ensures that, in any event, the change-over valve is switched to the central-locking system, even if the pressure reservoir simultaneously indicates an air requirement. Only when the secondary branch for the further consumers alone is live is it possible to charge the pressure reservoir. This gives the central-locking system clear priority over the further consumers. |
