PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of documents on a desk due to the pressure of blown air by a method wherein in the titled unit for attaching to the ceiling of a large office, a vent passage and an air discharge hole facing downward are formed between an inner box having an inclined diffused air discharge hole and an outer box so that the high pressure air is released into the diffused air dischange hole. CONSTITUTION:Conditioned air from a dust (not shown) is introduced into the inner box 2 through a connecting mouthpiece 6. In this case, when the pressure of the conditioned air is low, a changeover valve 20 is pushed up by a spring 21 to stick fast to the inner box 2 so that the air passes between the inner and the outer box 2 and 3 through a communication hole 8 and is blown off from the high pressure air discharge hole 14 facing downward. On the other hand, when the pressure of the air is high, the changeover valve 20 is opened forcibly so that a part of the air enters the inner box 2 and is blown off from the inclined high pressure air discharge hole 11 facing the air diffusing direction. Consequently, it is possible to limit the influences of the high and low air pressures to substantially the same height and to prevent the scattering of hairs and papers on the desk due to the blowing off of the conditioned air. |
