Each separate track has transmitters for probing the moving goods and stops which arrest the movement. The transmitters and stops form a single unit comprising a stop arm activated by the goods to pivot to a liberating position. In this position the arm permits closure of a switch in the transmitter which in turn closes a circuit for excitation of magnet components in the other transmitter and stop units to close and lock the stop arms in a goods arresting position. - The stop arms pivot in the horizontal plane on needle bearings, and activate inductive transmitters. |
